By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of such entity.

2. Accounts

To use certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 LinkedIn Account Access and Authorization

By using our Services, you explicitly grant Cli3nts permission to access your LinkedIn account and its content, including but not limited to publications, comments, private messages, and contacts, to perform the automated actions you authorize (e.g., sending messages, posting content, replying to comments). You acknowledge that:

You understand that LinkedIn may restrict or suspend accounts that engage in excessive or automated activities in violation of LinkedIn’s terms, guidelines, or at its sole discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, contained on the Website or provided through the Services is owned by Cli3nts or its content suppliers and is protected by international intellectual property laws.

3.2 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the content without our prior written consent.

4. License to Use Services

4.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

4.2 No Resale or Commercial Use

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Services or their contents, nor does it include any right to collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices.

5. Prohibited Uses

By using the Services, you agree not to:

7.2 No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Any downtime or interruption of service shall not give rise to any liability of Cli3nts.

7.3 Sensitive Topics and Data

Cli3nts does not assume responsibility for the handling or management of any sensitive, confidential, or otherwise protected data that you choose to store, process, or share through the Services. You acknowledge that all data you provide or use within the Services is your sole responsibility, and we disclaim any liability for the content, use, or misuse of such data.

7.4 Compliance with LinkedIn Guidelines

Cli3nts endeavors to comply with LinkedIn’s guidelines and best practices to minimize disruptions or penalties to your LinkedIn account. However, we cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not impose restrictions or other measures in response to automated or high-volume activities. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cli3nts, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, the inability to use the Services, or these Terms.

8.2 No Liability for Data or Service Interruptions

Cli3nts shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from:

The loss, corruption, or misuse of any data you submit, access, or use through the Services.

Interruptions or disruptions to the Services, including but not limited to scheduled or unscheduled downtime, errors, or delays.

Failures, suspensions, or "shadow bans" imposed by LinkedIn or other third parties, including disruptions that prevent access to your LinkedIn account or cause loss of messages or comments.

8.3 Release of Claims

By using the Services, you release and forever discharge Cli3nts from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising out of or related in any way to the Services or your data, including any claims based on the negligence of Cli3nts or its agents.

8.4 Lost or Unanswered Messages

Cli3nts uses automated processes to send, receive, and respond to messages (including private messages and comments). While we strive for accuracy and promptness, we do not guarantee that all messages will be successfully delivered, received, or answered. Under no circumstances shall Cli3nts be held liable for lost or unanswered messages, missed opportunities, or any resulting damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cli3nts, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or related to:

Your access to or use of the Services;

Any data or content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Services;

Your violation of these Terms; or

Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must discontinue using the Services.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
